How Image Studio works
Image Studio is VibeFree's image generator: write what you want, set the shot, and get up to four images. Like the rest of VibeFree there is no subscription - each image is paid for by an ad chosen from your prompt.
Six models
You pick the model per run; Quality is the default. When no ad can pay, the price below comes out of your VibeBucks instead, and you see it before you start. You are only charged for images that are actually made.

Directing the image
- Styles: a gallery of looks - cinematic, anime, product shot and more - each shown with an image made in it.
- Shape and count: eight aspect ratios from square to 21:9, and one to four images a run.
- Camera: shot size, angle, lens, lighting, camera look and focus, each picked from a preview. Your picks appear as removable pills in the prompt box.
- Enhance Prompt turns a short idea into a detailed prompt you can edit before sending.
Elements: the same subject in every image
Paste or upload a picture and give it a name, a kind - character, product, location, object or style - and a description, and it is saved as an element. Mention it with @ and its name in any later prompt and its picture goes to the model as a reference, so a character, a product or a place looks the same from one image to the next. Quality, Flash, Pro Lite and Pro take up to four references at once; Fast and Sharp take none. There is a step-by-step guide in consistent AI characters.
After the image
- Follow-ups: once an image is made, the next prompt edits it, like a conversation, until you start a new one.
- Remove background, remix into variations, edit, and download from each image.
- Library: every image you made, with how it was made, until you delete it.
Where your images are made
Quality, Fast and background removal run on Cloudflare Workers AI, on VibeFree's own account, and Sharp on DeepInfra in the United States; neither keeps your prompt or images. Flash, Pro Lite and Pro run on BytePlus, part of ByteDance, in Malaysia, Indonesia or the EU, as VibeFree's processor under a data processing agreement that includes the UK transfer terms; BytePlus does not train on them, and Image Studio tells you before your first image on any of them. They are not offered in the United States, and background removal is not available on their images, which carry a hidden label saying they were made by AI. Your prompt also chooses the ad, exactly as a chat message does: see ads and your chat. The full detail is section 1.5h of the Privacy Policy.
Photos of people: You can save a photo of a real person as an element. Only do it with their permission, and never to make a sexual, humiliating or deceptive image of anyone - section 2.4 of the Terms forbids it.

Is Image Studio free?
Yes. Each image is paid for by an ad chosen from your prompt, the same way a chat message is. If no ad can pay, VibeBucks you have earned pay a fixed price per image instead, and you are told before you start. Pro Lite and Pro, the most detailed models, are paid with VibeBucks only.
How do I keep a character looking the same in every image?
Save it as an element: paste or upload a picture, give it a name, a kind (character, product, location, object or style) and a short description. Then mention it with @ and its name in any prompt, and its picture goes to the model as a reference. Quality, Flash, Pro Lite and Pro take up to four references at once.
Who makes my images, and where?

Who owns the images?
You do, subject to anyone else's rights in what you uploaded - see section 2.4 of the Terms. Similar prompts can give other people similar images, so an image cannot be promised to be unique.
Can other people see my images?
No. Your library and elements are private to you, and nothing you make is shown to anyone else.
